Are you interested in learning about DMR, but don't want to buy a radio just yet?  There are some easey options to get your feet wet and see what it's all about.  

Try one of these APPs on your phone.  It will let you hear, and talk as you learn about DMR, Allstar, Echolink, M17, and a few others as well.  Just a disclaimer... this page is just showing resources available, with no official endorsement of any specific app.

voxdmr also makes a version specifically for POC radios, confirmed on Android 10

DVSwitch available at DVSwitch.org  Works on Android

QSO One available at qso1.net  Also works on IOS 

Echolink available at echolink.org  works on android, windows, IOS, and linux

Don't forget APRS available on aprsdroid for android and aprs.fi on IOS (both available in the appropriate play stores)
